Corporate Computer Recycling Program
Business and Organization Recycling
We can now accept PCs of any age even if they are non-functional!
PCs for People end-of-lifecycle computer management is extremely simple, cost efficient, helps those in need and is more efficient that recycling. Many companies pay per pound and pickup fees for recycling companies to handle their PC assets. PCs for People will send a truck and volunteers to business locations statewide to pickup computer donations free of charge.

Tax Benefits
Other than renewing the life of a computer and helping to solve the problem of e-waste a donor may be able to write off their donation. The IRS code provides a tax deduction for property donated to a charitable organization under applicable rules and regulations. The donation is tax deductible for the year in which the equipment is received. For corporate donors, tax deductions are usually limited to the amount of the donor's tax basis in the property contributed. A receipt letter will be provided to the donor upon completion of the donation process. That letter will reflect the year in which the equipment was received.
