Corporate Donations

Donating your company’s old technology is easy, saves money, and helps families in need.  A company donating fifty computers and monitors will save on average $1,300 in computer recycling costs*. Simply follow one of the two steps below to donate your computers:

  1. If you have 15 or more systems (Pentium 4+ or newer) complete our pickup form to arrange a pick up time. Many organizations qualify for free pickup. 
  2. If you have fewer than 15 systems, click the city below where you plan to donate:

Acceptable Donations

  • Desktop and Laptop Computers
    • Pentium 4 and newer will be refurbished
    • Pentium 3 and older will be recycled
  • CRT and LCD Monitors
    • Functional monitors are given out with refurbished computers
    • Non-functional LCD monitors will be recycled
    • Non-functional CRT monitors are not accepted
  • Keyboards and Mice
  • Printers
  • Speakers
  • Hard Drives, Memory and Misc Parts
  • Power Cords
  • Cables
  • Servers and Network Equipment

 Unacceptable Donations

  • Household Appliances
  • Non-functional CRTs (a small number may be accepted with working PCs)

PCs for People provides companies a completely free IT recycling service that includes:
